Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Richer Health’s services, programs, retreats, and website. By accessing or participating in any of our offerings, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should refrain from using our services.

1. Introduction

1.1 Company Information: Richer Health is a health consulting company dedicated to reversing chronic diseases and mental health conditions, and promoting health through metabolic nutrition, detoxification, and cellular regeneration.

1.2 Scope: These Terms apply to all services, products, consultations, retreats, events, and any interaction with Richer Health’s website or personnel.

2. Services Provided

2.1 Description: Richer Health offers programs and retreats focused on health and wellness, including but not limited to:

  • Eat Real to Heal Retreats

  • Eat Real to Heal Course

  • Decolonizing Your Plate Course

  • Fab-to-Fit Training Course

  • Nutrition and Detox Coaching Certification

  • Corporate Wellness Programs

  • Online and in-person consultations.

2.3 Results: Outcomes vary based on individual circumstances. Richer Health does not guarantee specific results from participation in its programs.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to enroll in any program.

3.2 Health Conditions: Participants must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, medications, or dietary restrictions before starting a program.

3.3 Right to Refuse: Richer Health reserves the right to refuse service or participation to anyone for reasons including but not limited to safety, disruptive behavior, or failure to comply with these Terms.

4. Booking and Payment Policies

4.1 Registration: Participants must complete the registration process and provide accurate information to secure their spot in any program or retreat.

4.2 Payments:

  • Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, or other specified methods.

4.3   Cancellations:

  • Retreat Cancellation Policy: Once you make your payment in full, there are no cancellations or refunds for any reason. One exception: if you can't attend the retreat due to a medical emergency (i.e., a positive COVID-19 test, a pregnancy complication, etc.), please provide a doctor's note and medical proof of a positive COVID-19 test, and we can arrange a credit for a future retreat, online program, client consultation, or other Richer Health product, or you can transfer your spot to a friend or a relative.

  • For our Eat Real to Heal Course and Nutrition & Detox Coaching Certification Program, we do not offer refunds for any reason once a purchase has been made. This policy applies regardless of circumstances, including changes in schedule, personal availability, or unforeseen events. However, if you are unable to attend or complete the course, you are welcome to transfer your spot to another person of your choosing. Please notify us in writing at nicolette@richerhealth.ca with the full name and email address of the individual you wish to transfer your enrollment to, at least 7 days before the course start date.

4.4 Rescheduling: If unforeseen circumstances arise, Richer Health may reschedule events. Participants will be notified promptly and offered alternative dates or credits.

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during all activities. Richer Health strongly advises consulting a healthcare provider before starting any wellness program.

5.2 Emergency Situations: In case of an emergency, Richer Health staff will provide reasonable assistance but are not liable for outcomes.

5.3 Confidentiality: All disclosed health information will be kept confidential and used solely to ensure a safe and customized experience.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership: All materials, content, and intellectual property provided during programs, retreats, or through the website are owned by Richer Health.

6.2 Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of Richer Health’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Website Use

7.1 Content Accuracy: Richer Health strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information on its website. However, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all content.

7.2 Third-Party Links: The website may include links to third-party websites for additional resources. Richer Health is not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.

9. Liability and Indemnity

9.1 No Guarantees: Richer Health does not guarantee specific results and is not liable for outcomes related to participation in its programs or use of its services.

9.2 Assumption of Risk: By participating, you assume all risks associated with the activities and agree to release Richer Health from any claims or liabilities.

9.3 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Richer Health, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation or use of our services.

10.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

10.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms will first be attempted to resolve through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
